Coordinate and review activities of local foster care review boards statewide, aid juvenile court determinations for children in foster care, and serve on the Continuing Education Committee to establish training programs for local board members.

Conduct mandated case reviews for children in foster care every month, ensuring compliance with state law and child-centered outcomes. Issue formal findings and recommendations to Juvenile Court regarding permanency, reunification, placement stability, and service gaps. Operate within confidential, high-accountability governance structures requiring neutrality, documentation, and precision.
